Out of the list of "obscure games that need more fanart" Final Fantasy- Crystal Chronicles has to be my number one.
I seriously love this game. The graphics are beautiful, the soundtrack is beautiful, the gameplay is smooth and the story is in some places genuinely emotionally harrowing... but I never could beat the final boss.
In a bid to see if it can be beaten in multiplayer mode, my two younger sisters are each training up a new character- a Yuke (left) and a Lilty (right). These characters are essentially the game's mage and warrior types, they couldn't be any more different, and to cap it off, my siblings fight like cat and dog the entire time playing it... Just like the Yukes and Lilties really do X3
In tribute to this, here's a picture of their characters bickering<3
Oh, my... that Yuke was my Yuke too... seeing a well-drawn fanart of him brings back memories... I still love that game so much Agreed on all accounts on its awesomeness, and I think that the story works so well partly because it takes the player by surprise. Like "Wait, there IS a story? ...oh. This is beautiful." Best of luck with the final boss! These two seem to be building a nice stack of memories for themselves...
That actually sounds like my brothers too (we're SO different, especially when we get into character.)... We never DID finish our journey... D: (Stupid GBA batteries dying on us..)
What on earth are they bickering over? ~ xD If the characters interacted with each other, I can SO see something like this happening.
Ahh...memories.
I loved that game...
But it fell into the depths of the unknown...
I almost cried at the end.
Best of luck with the final boss! These two seem to be building a nice stack of memories for themselves...
This picture is so Adorable.
I agree that FinalFantasy Crystal Chronicles doesn't have enough fan art... that gives me an idea! :3
