I love bluuuu & orraanngeee. Magnificent Combinations.
This is cool! I particularly like that strange flat road-like ground. It reminds me a lot of a place in one of my headworlds (the future-Earth-got-messed-up-by-weird-powers one) called the Tar Flats, which is located in the middle of what used to be the USA and is basically a huge plain of tarmac with gang signs and road markings all over it. Also a living, growing highway tangle that consumes scraps and anything that sits down long enough.
and seriously, a scavenging carnivorous highway tangle sounds REALLY cool~ I'd listen to you talk about that headword. and you're right about the road markings and graffiti and such, that's what I was going for! :3

There's also a lacewing. My room is apparently full of flying things right now. Anyway uh yeah, I hadn't really considered the more decorative aspects of what caddisfly larvae can do, but that might be awesome to include!

The world it's in (Infraflux), is the same as that picture with the angel and the wall bot thing, which I noticed you fave (which made me ridiculously happy by the way). The Flats are a far cry from civilised London though, and because it's so inhospitable and pointless it's kind of a big patch of anarchy in the middle of Bumfuck, Nowhere.
I'm kind of jealous. We get lots of invertebrate life here, but caddisflies seem to be a strictly countryside creature. Maybe I will have TRON caddisfly larvae somehow XDD
